Time Sheets

No one likes to fill in time sheets, however to be able to track actual versus estimated completion levels it is critical to accurately track the time spend on project activities. Therefore WhiteCloud has made it as easy as possible to record time spent. Simply press a hotkey to access the Time Sheet window from the task tree to bring up a quick entry form that remembers your last recorded items.

Timesheet entry

You are not limited in recording time against tasks - you can record time against issues, change requests, risks, and defects. Recorded time is added up per item and displayed in the Task Tree for easy reference. A variety of customisable reports and filters makes it easy to report on time.
