Projects

WhiteCloud has been designed to be easy to use and configure. After the download and installation of the package follow the steps as defined in the quick-start information to create your projects.

All screens in Whitecloud allow for complete control and customisation of the information you want to see. All customisations can be saved and recalled at any time and also saved as shortcuts in the application toolbar. This allows each user to create a selection of different views of the project related information without getting overloaded with large volumes of information.

The following screenshot shows the Gantt chart with dependencies for an example project. Scheduling and managing constraints can easily be implemented in WhiteCloud

Project Information can be viewed in many different ways:

• Project Tree Structure and project lists
• Customisable reports
• Powerful search and filter options
• Printing of the Gantt chart is very easy and flexible and allows for easy selection and zooming in on the required information.
